Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Delivery is estimated at 4–6 working days after your order is confirmed. Courier delays can sometimes affect that estimate.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes. For COD orders above Rs. 10,000, including delivery, we ask for a 5% advance up to Rs. 20,000 or a 10% advance above Rs. 20,000. The advance is deducted from your total, so you pay only the remaining balance on delivery. It’s refundable if you cancel your order.
How do I choose the right toy for my child?
You can shop by your child’s age or explore toys by skills such as motor skills, language, creativity and sensory play. Check each product’s age guidance and safety notes. If you’re unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you choose.
What if a toy arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details, photos and a short video of the issue. You can request a return, refund or exchange. We cover return shipping for an approved damaged or faulty item.
Can I return a toy if I change my mind?
Yes. Contact us within 7 days of delivery, before sending it back. Opened or used toys can qualify if they’re undamaged and returned with their original manufacturer’s box protected inside an outer package. You pay the return courier charge, and the original delivery charge isn’t refundable.
