Orders

TinkerTribe accepts orders through mytinkertribe.com, WhatsApp, phone, and email. We confirm product availability, delivery details, and any required advance payment before confirming your order.

Delivery within Pakistan

We offer nationwide delivery in Pakistan. Standard delivery is estimated at 4–6 working days from order confirmation. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Courier disruptions, public holidays, weather, and other circumstances may cause delays.

Delivery charges vary according to the courier's rates at the time of your order. The applicable charge will be shown at checkout or communicated to you for confirmation before an order placed through another channel is finalized.

We select a suitable delivery provider for each shipment. Providers may include TCS, Leopards, Trax, M&P, Pakistan Post, or another suitable courier.

International delivery

International delivery is arranged after we confirm delivery availability and agree the courier fare with you. International orders must be paid in full in advance by online bank transfer, including the agreed delivery charge. International delivery estimates will be communicated separately; the domestic 4–6 working-day estimate does not apply.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges imposed at the destination. These charges are separate from the courier fare agreed with TinkerTribe. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Advance payments for cash-on-delivery orders

The following advances apply to COD orders. The order amount and advance percentage are calculated on the total order value, including shipping, in Pakistani rupees:

Above Rs. 10,000 and up to Rs. 20,000	5%
Above Rs. 20,000	10%

The 10% rate replaces the 5% rate for orders above Rs. 20,000; the rates are not added together.

The advance is deducted from your total, and the remaining balance is payable on delivery. COD advances are refundable if your order is cancelled. Contact us using the details below to request cancellation and a refund of your advance.

Delivery details and support

Please provide an accurate address and a reachable telephone number. Contact us promptly if your delivery details need correction. Changes requested after dispatch may depend on the courier's ability to update the shipment.
