About these terms

These terms apply to the use of TinkerTribe's website at mytinkertribe.com and purchases placed through our website, WhatsApp, telephone, or email. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean TinkerTribe, operated by Mussayib Quddusi.

Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy should be read with these terms. Please review them before placing an order.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify.

Using our store

Purchases must be placed by an adult who can enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Please provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and obtain permission before using someone else's details.

You must not use our website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, or distributing harmful software. You must not infringe the rights of TinkerTribe or others.

Products and availability

Products are subject to availability. We aim to describe products and display images accurately, but screen settings and available product colours may cause differences in appearance. We do not offer paid colour selection. Colour-related returns are addressed in our Return and Refund Policy.

Follow the product's age guidance, safety warnings, and instructions. Adult supervision should be provided where indicated.

Orders and pricing

Prices are expressed in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges vary according to the courier's rates and are shown at checkout or agreed with you before finalizing an order placed through another channel.

We confirm availability, delivery details, and any required advance before confirming an order. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and agree how to proceed.

Prices and product availability may change for future purchases. A change will not automatically alter an already confirmed order.

Payments and COD advances

Payment arrangements are confirmed when placing your order. COD orders above Rs. 10,000 and up to Rs. 20,000 require a 5% advance. COD orders above Rs. 20,000 require a 10% advance instead of the 5% rate.

These percentages and thresholds apply to the total order value, including shipping. The advance is deducted from the total, and the remaining balance is payable on delivery. COD advances are refundable if the order is cancelled. Contact us to request cancellation and an advance refund.

International orders require full advance payment by online bank transfer, including the agreed courier fare. Customers are responsible for any destination import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges, which are separate from the agreed courier fare.

Shipping

We offer delivery across Pakistan, estimated at 4–6 working days from order confirmation. International delivery is arranged after confirming availability and agreeing the courier fare. International delivery times are communicated separately.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds

We offer a 7-day checking period from delivery. Return requests must be raised during that period, and approved returns must be dispatched within 7 days of approval.

We accept approved returns for damaged or faulty items and change-of-mind returns for undamaged products, including opened or used items that remain undamaged. TinkerTribe bears the return shipping cost for damaged or faulty products; customers bear it for change-of-mind returns. TinkerTribe pays delivery of approved exchanges.

Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours of receiving the returned items. For damaged or faulty returns, the refund includes the amount paid for the returned items and their original shipping charge. For change-of-mind returns, we refund only the product value paid for the returned items; original delivery charges are not refundable. Evidence requirements, packaging conditions, and other details are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

Website content and third-party services

Our website content, branding, and other materials belong to TinkerTribe or their respective rights holders. You may use them for personal shopping purposes. Other reproduction or commercial use requires appropriate permission.

Third-party links and services are governed by their providers' terms and privacy policies. Review those policies when using their services.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the store available and accurate, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Contact us if a website error affects your purchase.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability, product obligations, or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our policies do not override protections available under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and publish the revised version with an updated date. Updated terms apply to future use and orders and do not retrospectively change the terms of an already confirmed purchase.
